This thread kind of floored me. I didn't know the refillable mugs were used for anything but coffee. :lookaroun

No one goes to Disney for the coffee anyhow. Pretty sure if Disney felt the level of coffee service was hurting their attendance they would consider a new brand of coffee.

Nescafe is owned by Nestle - It's part of a package deal.

True no one goes to WDW for the coffee. Nobody goes there for the food court either, but if they started serving SOS, I am sure people would take issue.

For those who put "stuff" (Cream, sugar, creamer , etc) in their coffee they can pretty much mask the Nescafe (sort of)

For those of us who drink it black or sometimes with a dash of milk, the 'flavor' of the Nescafe comes screaming though.

Yes you can. When I used to go with friends when I was single, I would walk to the food court every morning and fill all of our mugs with either coffee or hot chocolate. Yummy!!

Do they still have two sizes of mugs? They used to have a skinnier one that was perfect for coffee. I think we still have one from the Mara.

Folgers has packets that is half instant and half regular, sort of like tea bags. Those would be fairly easy for you to take along with you. They come in a box in the coffee section. My father says they taste pretty much like regular coffee. I keep them around the house for him since I don't drink coffee.

Not that I've seen, there is only one size of refillable mug and they are the same (most) everywhere. So much for collectibility. It's now all about outsourcing and branding.
