Hey guys!!

I was wondering if anyone can help me out. As I m not using my "Dancing Mickey" as my signature, does anyone know how to reduce it in size, so it can go as my avatar?

I have the dancing Mickey as my Avatar and I got it to fit without decreasing the size. I can't remember where I got it.
