Your's is probably better than mine. I believe it's a play on words and "moto" can mean "motorcyle", "Motion", "Drive" etc., so it is roughly "If you have a drive within, you have a Ducati without (on the outside)"

Of course as bad as my Italian is, it could say something really rude about someone's mother

LOL! It makes more sense when I say it in Spanish: "Si es una moto por dentro, es una Ducati por fuera".
I´m pretty sure "hai" is the verb to be in English. So it means something like if the engine is of a motorcycle, it sure looks like a Ducati on the rest of it!. :animwink:
