You have to know the city. I know the best parts of the city, like the clubs on Deleware Ave., the theaters (where I work at times), Broad Street, Center City, Penns Landing, Old City, eveything is great. But you do have to watch out for the bad parts of the city. Like when I got chought in the middle of a drag race on Cloumbus blvd. Oh yes, the joys of Roseavelt (sp?) Blvd. which was named one of the 10 worst roads.
