As a vegan in a house full of carnivore where would you suggest for a nice piece of roast meat? And what type of meat would it be?

Pete Puma here, this Easter it is just my DW and DS and not my in-laws, yea! I am making a sirloin roast with au jus/gravy . For sides I'm serving baked potatoes with sour cream, green beans, carrots, and sauteed spinach. Dessert will be pie, apple and blueberry ala mode. For appetizers I'm doing seafood stuffed mushrooms, cheese and crackers and shrimp cocktail.

I've had good pot roast from 50's prime time, and the food court at POFQ. The turkey legs...hate those things.
