I used to eat it well done. But, my brother changed me. He is a chef and he refuses to cook an excellent cut of beef well done. So, he has gotten me to eat a steak at least medium. Now, as long as I don't see blood, I'm good. So, I guess my steak doesn't have to be "totally" dead, just mostly dead.
