calling Airtran to get res. number

I had posted here before about checking into my Airtran flight that I had purchased through WDW with our vacation package (thanks for the help on that:wave: )

So from what I learned, I can call Airtran directly and get my reservation number from them, for the online check-in.

My question now: What info do I need to have ready when I call them to get my res. number? Do I need my WDW res. number? the card we used to purchase the ticket? etc?
Just want to make sure I have everything I need handy before I get them on the phone.

If you have not been given an E-ticket or other such information from the source of your reservation (if I understand correctly, that's WDW itself), then I would call WDW first and request it.

if that doesn't work, then call AirTran. Your name address, dates, etc. should be enough....certainly your credit card info will help. What more could they possibly ask for since you've been given nothing else.

But really, the agent who booked your reservation should have given you confirmation numbers already, so that's why I'd check with them first.

I would think that you would use the number that Disney gave you, if not then your name or the flight number, you have to get that from Disney. How else would you know when and where your going?
