California Grill Question

We will be going to the world in December and have an ADR for Cali Grill. We will have our 1 year old daughter with us. We have never been to Cali Grill before and are hesitant to bring our daughter. What do you all recommend? Should we bring her, change the reservation, or do something else with her?
Thanks in advance for all of your help.

I've never brought a child to Cali Grill yet. You get a good waiter, he/she will do their best to make your child feel comfortable. It really depends on your kid, how well she can behave in a restaurant that's not geared towards kids or families. Truth be told, any time I've been there and been seated next to parties with small children, the kids were usually asleep in their seats before the entrees arrived.

If Cali Grill is a place you want to go, and if your daughter usually behaves well in public (and if you have the good sense to bring her to a quiet area if she starts to have a meltdown) then go for it. If she were just a little bit older - 2 or 3, perhaps - I'd be more concerned. But a 1-year old, you generally still have good odds she'll either fall asleep or just be happy to be around the people she loves.

They also have the tables covered with paper and you can get crayons which should help them stay occupied. Just be aware that a dining experience there can take up to 1 1/2-2 hours from when you get seated. Whenever my wife and I go there we always figure that we will be there at least 2 hours. Just something to keep in mind.
