I would actually find it strange that this would not be a "build to suit" situation considering the building is not a standalone and connected to an existing hotel. A tenant's contractor could do any number of things that could impact the in-use hotel portion of the structure...and for that reason I would think that Disney themselves would do the addition... I could be wrong, but if I owned and controlled a large in-use resort building, I would not want a tenant to arrange for their own contractors etc. on a major reconstruction job...this is not just replacing carpet and redecoration....This is a complete rebuild...

That is exactly what I thought of. Since they serve food, I would give it a slightly longer existence than the NBA-X. Providing it ever gets built.

I am surprised this Cake Bake Shop is going in on the BW. IDK....just doesn't fit to me. Seems it would be a better fit for the GF although given it's a third party arrangement I don't know where it would go there either. I don't think the BW needs another TS restaurant. It desperately needs a full range quick service restaurant. There isn't one in the Epcot hotel area. They need a breakfast through late night full menu QS. They have late night bars with no late night food which makes no sense to me.
