Our shore adventures only opened up yesterday and it says all Cabanas are sold out, is that truly possible? I am on hold right now to see if they are truly sold out. We are going over spring break so maybe but still in one day?

Hi Justin! Yes, they're probably sold out. They actually probably sold out before you were able to book. They often sell out when the Castaway Club members can book which is before the first timers, and with a spring break cruise that's almost certainly so.

Yep, what @Disneyfalcon said. The platinum level guests AND concierge guests have their booking window open at 120 days prior to sailing. If those 2 groups of people haven't already scooped up all the cabanas on CC then there's the gold level Castaway Club folks whose booking window opens at 105 days prior to sailing. If this 3rd group hasn't snapped up any remaining cabanas then there's the silver level folks who will start bookings at 90 days prior to sailing. By the time it gets down to the first-time cruisers at 75 days prior to sailing especially on the busier cruises there's not usually any cabanas left. It's common. Keep checking back religiously sorta like you would if you were trying to score those highly coveted ADRs at WDW in case anything opens up. Everything closes for booking online 3 days prior to sailing so especially be ready to pounce that last day. If someone who has one booked is on the fence about it they may hold out to the last minute before they dump it. Also, as soon as you board the ship go straight to Guest Services and ask to have your name put down for a cabana in case of any last minute cancellations happen. I've heard of people scoring them literally the night before the Castaway Cay stop. Good luck!

I'm a Silver Castaway Club member... Do you think I'll be able to snag a cabana for my May 25 cruise when booking opens in late Feb.? I'm worried they'll already be fully booked!

It's hard to say! Make sure you're online at midnight and try that day first! May 25th may still be off season enought that you'll be okay. It's the busier times of year that they go quick! Oftentimes before even silver members get a shot!

What ship are you on on May 25th? I'm pretty sure that's the date we're booked to sail the Western Caribbean on the Fantasy!

We're on the Fantasy as well! Same cruise, my friend! :)
Awesome! I'm going to try for a cabana as well. I'm not expecting any miracles, tho. When we're at CC on Monday I'm going to do more wandering with recon purposes in mind. Want to find a good spot to set up camp for 7 in May if the elusive cabana doesn't happen. ;)

I have a not-so-good feeling about the cabanas too :P Oh well! CC is nice enough as it is, I'll just have to find a tree to post up under! Hahah. Can't wait to get my butt back on a cruise, haven't done one since I was 14 (I'm 20 now). Exciting though, I took my boyfriend on his first WDW trip last summer and this May will be his first DCL experience! :)

I was a Castaway Club (Silver) for my last cruise I got up at midnight and got the last of the family cabanas. I loved it. The cost was a little high, but when you considered that the cruise we went on before cost us a lot in bike rentals and renting skoaling equipment, that offset half the cost.
