Can we pool hop at Universal hotels? We have a reservation at Royal Pacific (first time staying at a Uni hotel) and the lazy river does sounds nice.

Let me know when your going. I'll give you the secrets of the hotel. Whatever you do request tower 1 or 3. Do not stay in tower 2!!!

Our dates are 10/31/14 to 11/11/14.

I saw the hotel map and I truly want to stay at tower 1. Problem is I booked my package through Universalorlando.com and I wasn't able to put any requests on my reservation. Should I call the hotel directly with my request? When I should I do that?

And if they ended up putting me in tower 2, can I request a change?

Thanks for all your help.

The one thing that worries me about this property so far is the parking. It looks like its going to be right there mashed up against the main halls.. and doesn't look a ton of parking relative to the # of rooms...

Yes you can change absolutely, but when are you checking in? Because if it's late on a busy night you might get stuck there until the following day. And yes I'd call.

I'll probably be spending time in Universal next fall (if the Hogwarts Express and Diagon Alley are open, that is) and I'll have to look into Cabana Bay. Sounds pretty sweet.
