I like the atmosphere and theming in Bug's Land, especially at night. Dig the way you kinda feel like you're just a little bug in the lawn of the Hollywood Tower Hotel. The rides are garbage though. Would be somewhat forgivable if there was some main attraction they surrounded, but there's not unless you count Tough to be a Bug which is such a huge hit they swap it out with a movie trailer every few months. :D

I agree, Heimlich's is the worst. Tuck and Roll are standard bumper cars. Not my thing but there will always be people who like them.

What? You guys actually like Heimlich's Chew Chew Train? What that ride needs is a dark ride attached to it. It's over before it even starts. It can do without all the burping too. I prefer Tuck n' Roll over that train.
I love Heimlich's, though I agree it's too short!!

No way, Tuck and Roll is the worst ! If you haven't been on Heimlichs at least there is some sense of mystery of what's beyond the bend when standing in the queue. Not to mention it is decently themed. What do you get with Tuck and Roll? 2 mph bumper cars? I would trade Tuck and Roll for a cold churro.

After all this chatter I decided to dig up an in-ride video to see what Heimilch's is all about for myself. It's basically what I expected. Lame. I understand the appeal for small children, but we know Disney can do better than this even for the little ones.

Yep... It's basically your run-of-the-mill kiddie mall train with some props.

It's definitely lame but Tuck and Roll is lamer. I think with Heimlichs there was so much more potential. Disney can definitely do better.

Arguing which one is more lame is pointless because they are both not worthy to be in a Disney park. I am totally ok with them keeping Bugs Life in the park if they added quality rides. I am sure they could remove stuff for a new dark ride and then maybe a small coaster. With Tough to be a Bug it could be a full land.

I'm not arguing I just want the world to know how much I hate Tuck and Roll.

I wouldn't be opposed to your idea because I do like the land and the theming just not the rides. I just think with the land at DCA and DLR in general being so limited the area could be used for something greater.

A kiddy coaster themed to the fake bird in a Bug's Life going alongside Flik's Flyers and It's Tough to be a Bug would make the land pretty decent, IMO. It still doesn't fit in DCA much, though, and that's saying something since most areas in DCA are vague enough fits to California as it is.

Originally it was a weird extension of Bountiful Valley Farm (It's Tough To Be a Bug was an opening day attraction in that land), so I guess it did kind of sort of fit at one time.

I've always loved the queue for ITTBAB. The way you go underground and how immersive it is. There is also something about it that reminds me of the CBJ queue for some reason.

The coolest thing about this little ride is the way the dance is choreographed. With that said, I'll probably only ride it once then grab a seat at the Cove Bar, have a drink, and enjoy the view. It's cute, but there just isn't much that's compelling about this attraction for me.

I'm hoping that it will have a surprise factor like Mater's. There is a surprising amount of fun to be had on those whipping trailers.
