Waiiit let me get my license, THEN you can get strict . I'm about to turn 20 and still haven't gotten my license. I'm trying to avoid it because the thought of taking that test is freaking me out .

Sorry for the thread drift .

I didn't mean you! Most of the 9/11 terrorists carried a Florida Driver’s license or ID card. Check here for details:

I can also tell you from first hand experience that many WDW guests who are not Florida residents (from Mexico, Canada, UK, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, etc.) also have Florida ID's and use those credentials to illegally buy discounted WDW admission tickets and passes.

Ask mkt to tell you how easy it is to get a Florida ID.

I called Disney's vacation planning hotline to get the scoop, and the person I spoke to, who was a supervisor, said that the Play 4 Days pass is gone...for good. :( My husband and I are so dissapointed...

Hmm... It's kind of a shame to see it go.

The Play 4 Days pass I bought years ago with my then-girlfriend was the precursor to me becommming a passholder, which I am to this day. The relationship didn't last, but my need to be able to come to WDW anytime I wanted and hop from park to park did.

Hopefully, the new three-day deal will encourage people to upgrade to a seasonal or annual pass, though. I think it's a great marketing tool for the company. Hey, it worked on me.

Not to mention the competition but I kind of like the idea that Universal Studios has, where you can buy a year pass and pay it monthly. My family and I will be going to Disney in 10 days and I will be the only one going to Disney. They will be going to Universal since they don't have the cash to pay for an annual pass and they can make monthly payments with Universal. I wish Disney had something like that. I am sure that they would have more annual pass holders including my family.

See, that's the problem though. Not all of us have the "lilttle bit more" to shell out at one time. Last time, we bought the Play 4 Days, enjoyed four days between mostly MK and Epcot and then paid the difference to upgrade. It's much easier to come up with $119 x 2 and then seperately come up with the upgrade which was like $79 x 2 then it is $209 x 2. It's why we don't just have outright AP's. I don't have $600 in cash just laying around and I don't use credit cards.

Just seems like it rips you off in the meantime. You don't get nearly as much as you used to. Great that they're giving all these massive discounts to people who live in other states to stay for 7 to 10 days, but ya know, they can't shoot FL residents in the foot and expect to keep their attendence numbers as high as they've been last year. You get more residents with honey then vinegar is all I'm saying.

Oh gods yeah. Totally. They have that for Busch Gardens in tampa too. Man, it's WAY easier to come up with a little bit extra each month then one big dump of cash. A little extra in a month means I don't eat out one time or something, but that much for an annual at once means I'd have to not pay rent or something! *laughs*

I never got why they didn't do a payment or monthy thing either.
