Now this sound AMAZING! I love hippos and I love the Kilimanjaro Safari's. Do you by chance know if this experience requires a reservation or how much it would cost per person? I'm kind of on a tight budget :/

It is about $189 a person and does require reservations. Since you have a tight budget it may be a little much for this trip, but something to save up and do on another vacation if it sounds fun to you.
