With all the talk about changes over at MGM, one thought keeps popping into my head.....

If they are adding the Auto Stunt Show and an Alladin Theater over by the New York Street area, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE OSBORNE FAMILY CHRISTMAS LIGHTS?!?!?!?!? :veryconfu

Do ya think they'd move them to a different location??
Cancel them all together???

Come to think of it....how COOL would a 100ft tall crane and some backhoes look all decked out in twinkle lights?!?!?!?

I spoke to Jennings Osborne and he told me that they won't be displayed this year but they would return next year on New York St.

Wow, you know the Osbornes? That's neat.

I'll never forget this past new years we were looking at the lights. All of the generation y'ers were walking around thinking it was Ozzy's light show. They were amazed that Ozzy had angels in his display and liked Disney! :lol:

i must be kind of confused- all this talk concerning the new motor stunt show has been refered to in the area of where the old huchback show was, correct? well why are people concerned about the backlot tour area? from what i remember, the two shouldn't/wouldn't affect eachother at all??? maybe im just lost.....

You're right about the Auto Stunt Show.....But I also tied it in with the rumored "Aladdin" theater that some were hinting would be at the end of the NY Street. That's how it all ties in.........

So sad to hear there may be no Osborne Lights this Christmas!!!

What are they gonna do to keep people visiting MGM all Holiday Season?? They must have something else planned, or something new for one of the other parks for the Holidays!!!

I do not know Jennings personally, but I have spoken to him a couple times at Razorback games, and he is a nice man. Jennings is always doing good things for the community.
