Buses to/from DTD

I searched the boards but couldn't find an answer, so I apologize in advance ..

From what I can gather, you can catch a bus from any of the parks TO Downtown Disney, but you cannot catch a bus FROM Downtown Disney to the parks. Is this correct? I wanted to make dinner reservations at Raglan Road and then return to EPCOT for EMHs.

If I can't get a direct bus, I am guessing I would have to get a bus from DTD to one of the EPCOT resorts (Y/B Club, Boardwalk, ect) and then walk through International Gateway? Is this the only option? Would I be better off getting a cab?? Thanks in advance for any info!

I just talked to my wife, she is in agreement that you cannot catch a bus from DTD to any park, so you would have to ride one to a resort, then back on another to a park.

You can also take the water taxi to SSR or PO-Riverside/French Quarter and take the EPCOT bus from one of these resorts.

Too cheap to pay for parking??

If the OP is open to getting a cab, and they are starting off at EPCOT so they either likely paid to park there, or are staying at a resort and wouldn't have to pay for parking period, what makes you think this is a money issue?
