Well - I've been in California when the heat was unbearable! About 105 with high humidity. I think perhaps Madame was correct in that case!

Southerners have no idea what cold really is. Cold is it being -15 degrees and clearing off your snow corevered car at 6am in 30mph wind. That, my friends, is what cold is all about.

So true, so true.

And the best part of that -15 degrees is that probably a day earlier it was 55 degrees and sunny. Oh the joys of a New England winter.

I was at the AK bus stop at 4:15, waiting to catch the bus back to the AKL when several of the uniformed Disney transportation drivers went up and down the bus stops announcing that a Disney bus had caught on fire on Osceola (sp?) Parkway and that all of the buses coming to AK were backed up behind it and would be delayed by about 45 min.

We were stressing 'cos we had ressies at Boma for 5:30, but the Disney folks assured us that our resssies would be honored/held (and they were).

Smoke coming out of the back of a bus doesn't constitute a fire and is actually a pretty common occurence. There are a million things in there waiting to blow. I am a student and bus driver at the University of Georgia (we have a fleet of RTS buses just like Disney, we even own some buses Disney bought but then decided they didn't want) and smoke can come out of the back of them from many different things.

yup, your right EXCEPT in this case. The bus did catch fire and it did burn the back end and looked like 2 or 3 rows of seating. I was there in the beginning and there at the end. I did say in my OP that it didn't look like much in the beginning but by the end it was charred.

Plus here's what imamouse said as well:
