Pictures and video, lots of them! She probably doesn't care about that stuff as much as evidence that your daughter had a great time. Also, do a Facetime from her favorite ride and your daughter's favorite ride.

Definitely agree with taking lots of pictures 
We talked about Facetiming from the Frozen ride while she watches the ride through on youtube.

In addition to bringing back a souvenir, I would possibly arrange a prenatal spa day/massage for her with lots of pampering while you're gone. Maybe arrange something with a friend of hers?
This is something she would really enjoy!

although not something you can buy in the parks (to my knowledge, at least), there are various crafters with online stores that sell Disney Park scents! I have an embarrassing amount, honestly. My favorites are the Polynesian and Main Street Confectionary. You can check out Walter and Rosie Candle Co for the best of the best. Another one is Anthology Candles which can be found on Etsy. Lighting one of these candles and playing some Disney Parks loop music always makes me feel like I'm right in the thick of the fun
