I have heard unconfirmed reports that thousands of people rode M:S yesterday and felt fine after the ride. Apparently they all continued their day of fun at WDW unaffected after riding the attraction. I am still waiting to see if a major news agency picks up this story.

(btw, I miss your updates)

As do I :)

Unfortunately I have been very busy with work these last few months and have not had the time. I still get to all four parks at least once a week though. Hopefully I will be able to put together a new update sometime next week.

They did? I bet it was the ride's fault.

Great thread. Probably will get closed, but great thread nonetheless. :)

Man I hate it when the media sensationalizes things and can't get their facts straight! How do they know thousands of people rode it and felt fine. I bet at least half of them felt terrible for the rest of the day.

Like we're ever going to see this as a news story...but I like it.

It is sad that some people have had bad reactions to M:S, but the media has blown everything out of proportion there. I know I'm not the only one who wishes M:S was MORE intense.

Thankd God everyones ok.......did anyone get CNN on the phone yet??:hammer:
I just did. They said they had more important things to cover. Apparently someone got a papercut while picking up a map in the Mission: Space giftshop this morning. They were airlifted to the hospital. Reports are coming in that the giftshop was shutdown for an investigation, though it should reopen very soon, as the victim had an undiagnosed condition for penetrable skin.

Oh the horror. I don't know about you, but I'm still going to Mission: Space Giftshop Orange the next time I visit.
