Breakfast Snack / Quick Service Options in the Parks

Does anyone know of a resource (or have recommendations) that outlines non-table service breakfast options within the 4 parks? We plan on hitting the rope drops at every park on our next trip and would like to find some options to eat quickly in the mid morning (even if its just juice to go with some muffins we smuggled in.) I can't find a site that filters eating options by meal.

We like Sleepy Hollow in the MK and see the new Toy Story Land will will have QS breakfast options. Wondering what else is available.

I'd be interested to know to. I've been attempting to make my own list but I'm sure it's not 100% accurate.

You can search on the WDW website. On the main page, click on Things to Do and then All Dining. This will give you a list of all food locations. At the top of the page, you can sort by location (MK, resorts, etc). Then you can filter by Dining Experience, choosing Counter Service. This will list all counter service locations as well as food kiosks. Unfortunately, you cannot search by meal but pretty much any food location that is open in the morning has some kind of breakfast food.

Are you staying onsite? Would it make more sense to get something grab and go (like the aforementioned smuggled muffins) in the hotel's food court or coffee kiosk? Because there's always the possibility (SLIGHT, I know!) you'll be waiting a bit for a bus to each park. Get something you can eat at the bus stop, make sure your juices have lids in cas the bus shows up sooner so you can pack it all up. If the bus does show up before you finish eating, just pack it up and bust it back out once you're at the park for the day while waiting for rope drop. This way you've eaten before you get into the park, won't have to spend time waiting to buy anything, etc.

I also suggest eating a little something while waiting for the bus since you never know how long it might take, and the extra calories may be appreciated in the early morning. We usually do granola bars. Then treat ourselves to something very Disney! at the parks. Not sure if my vacation-definition of breakfast is the same as yours, but we're always eating cupcakes/scones/other sweet treats from places like the Confectionery or Sweet Spells (though time's ticking!) Savory treats like pretzels can be found around the parks as well.

Honestly CS breakfast options in the parks have kind of disappeared especially after Starbucks was brought in. Below are the options available (unless something has changed). I also added places that are near each other that due to their options (Baked goods, Coffee, Fresh Fruit, Juices, Milk, Pastries, Yogurt etc.) could make for a great Breakfast Picnic (BP)

__MK__

Gaston's Tavern - Warm Cinnamon Rolls (Add Prince Eric's Village Market and you could make a nice BP)
Mainstreet Bakery (Starbucks)
Sleepy Hollow - Waffles (Add Liberty Square Market and you could also have a nice BP)

__Epcot__

Boulangerie Patisserie les Halles
Fountain View (Starbucks)
Sunshine Seasons

__DHS__

Trolley Car Cafe (Starbucks)
Woody's Lunchbox (Coming Soon)

__DAK__

Creature Comforts (Starbucks)
Kusafiri Coffee Shop (Add Harambe Fruit Market which is near by and you could have a nice BP)
Yak & Yeti Local Foods

__DS__

Earl of Sandwich (MP)
Pizza Ponte (TL) They have A breakfast sandwich
Starbucks (MP & WS)
Wolfgang Puck Express (MP)
