Breakfast in the Disney Springs area

I'm going to Disney in December. Before we do an early morning check in at Saratoga Springs, we will probably eat breakfast in the Disney Springs area.

Do you have a breakfast recommendation in that area? It doesn't have to be at Disney Springs, just something in the area.

If you want to get off property, there is a McDonald's, Perkin's, IHOP and Denny's on 535 just off Hotel Plaza Blvd.

I've eaten at Wolfgang Puck Express for breakfast. It got the job done, but it was nothing memorable. I do enjoy their brick oven pizzas for lunch or dinner. While I never made it to breakfast there myself, The Artist's Palette at SS is one of my favorite quick service locations in all of the resorts and they have a solid looking selection. I've also read good things about The Daily Poutine's breakfast option (hash browns, cheese curds, gravy, and a fried egg).

Earl of Sandwich also serves breakfast which is pretty good as well. Everything from sandwiches (obviously) to omelets.
