Breakfast Bus???

Does anyone know how the breakfast buses work? I have an 8 am ressie at AK's Breakfastosaurus -- an hour before the park opens. I was told when making my ADR that when I check in to my resort (POR), I need to tell the CM that I have an early breakfast at AK and will need to hop on a breakfast bus for that day. What should I expect (ie. pick up time, travel time, when we get to the park, etc.)

The bus will arrive like a normal bus. Just tell the bus driver where your breakfast is. From POR at that time of day it shouldn't take more than 10 min to get to DAK. When you arrive there will be a Cast Member out front (usually a female in a blue costume with white apron) to check people that have reservations. She is usually at the turnstile to the right next to the Cast Member turnstiles. She will check your name and send you on your way.

If your res is at 8 I would try to leave POR at 7 to give yourself enough time to catch the bus, travel, walk to the entrance, have your res checked and then walk to the restaurant.

So I've heard. It is one of the only character meals my DS(5) will go to. The others are "too babyish" or "too princessey". Lol. On the other hand, I want to go because I want to get on EE right away ... first time!

An ulterior motive for going to a character breakfast.....for shame. :lol:
