So here's some craziness...my brother broke up with his girlfriend AGAIN ansd she spent the day sending my mom nasty hate filled texts about what a horrble son she's raised and how much she (the girlfriend) hates my family. This woman is 30 years old.

Never a dull moment!

They couldn't be better...I'm really blessed with them. I'm trying to be a better mom, not so tired and cranky all the time. Em and I have a date to watch the Cheetah girls marathon on DC tomorrow night. No computers, no sleepovers...just us two girls (and Jack for as long as he can hang).

How've you been?

My poor mom...she's beside herself...not so much about the texts but about the stuff this girl is accusing my brother of...now she's worried about him. I called him and told him if he doesn't tell her to knock it off I will...how dare she harass my mother? She truly is disturbed, not just mean...she needs meds. And I don't care if someone needs meds...it's like any other ailment, you take your medicine to fix it, no stigma as far as I'm concerned. BUT TAKE THE MEDS!

Ooo, that sounds like fun! :)

I'm good. I finished my first summer class (and I feel I did well, which is really weird), and I'm waiting to start my second class which starts on the 15th. I can't believe I only have 16 class days left...ever! :dazzle:

Wow, that is really scary. I'm sorry your mom has to take the brunt of things. Hopefully someone can knock some sense into that woman.

And in more family drama:

My sister asked if I wanted to sign Em for an art class with the twins. I said sure. Well, in going over finances (money is tight these days) I realized the 135 cost is kind of tough for us right now and I don't want to use a credit card. So I told her today i might not be able to do it, because our priority, quite frankly, is keeping our house. Her response:

"Well, I already signed the twins up and the only reason Julie agreed is sshe thought Emily was going to do it. Now I'm going to either have a kid who refuses to go or is going to cry the whole time!"

I'm sorry? You're right, that IS a much bigger problem.:dazzle::zipit:

My folks lent me the money and said I could pay them back weekly once the classes begin. I love being the poor relation. :rolleyes:

it is weird for you to FEEL you did well, but not for you to do well...ya gotta start giving yourself a little more credit, kid!

It's not that. The thing is, I took this class in the Fall but ended up dropping it (this is the same professor I had last time too). :o But the truth is, I'm thrilled how I did in the class this time.

I know!! I am shocked how little time is left in my school career. It is going to be so weird being done. I wonder how quickly the diplomas come (since graduation is only held in May at my school).

I graduated off season and they had a small ceremony just for us. It was cool...indoors, in a beautiful old building, no sweating with thousands of other people...my kind of graduation.
