Yes, the base of the old Dumbo has been in place in it's new location for several weeks now.

Yes, this I knew. I was not aware that the cars had been attached to the old base and testing of the old spinner has started.

They haven't. That picture is of the new spinner.
It is still just the base hub in place, no arms or cars.

I also just noticed in that picture, not only the new lamp posts which look great, but some exposed bulb lights lining the queue structure. That should look really cool at night.

Was just there today and there is only one spinner which is actually being tested and has the Dumbos attached! It really is looking great! You should hear the people there: "WOW, what is that? Can we get in there?" :ROFLOL: I can't wait till opening, oh and as for the back of the Dumbo building, I think it's harder to notice in person, especially when the main trees blocking it grow back their leaves lol
