I've never been there when Dejavu has been working. Yea and thats going at least twice a year since it's been open. My friend was there last week on Saturday and she said it was open but the wait was something like 2 1/2 hours. No way I'm waiting in that line. That sky whirl thing makes me sick! lol Its horrible. I think I've been on it once.

We've never had any problems at Great America in Illinois with rides not running. We like going there, but not often. It's more of a every couple years type place. The last time was a disappointment, my son waited 3 hours for raging bull and after passing a billion checkpoints and they said he was tall enough, the guy at the end as they were getting on said he'd be too scared and couldn't get on the ride even though he was tall enough. That grated me and I ended up going straight to guest services and throwing a fit. We all ended up with a free pass for the next day for the park and they personally walked my son up the exit and on the ride. The worker was all y about it but he got on. When he got off, thrilled to death and wanting to go back on, he told the guy working that he loved and he was no chciken. I told the guy as his parent, I wouldn't allow him on a ride I didn't think he could handle. He ended up riding it 4 more times the next day after riding Demon 17 times without getting off it. I got off after 5, I felt sick.

with a bit of research i found out that the Sky Trek is the attraction in front and Sky whirl is the bird cage ;).

Careship, i'm glad you got those passes. It stinks to have to waste time standing in a line all day and then finding out you can't ride :(. It's happened to two friends of mine.

You think with all the times I've went there I'd know the names of the rides. lol About the height stuff I know. When I was like 53 1/2 they let me on Shockwave but then wouldn't let me on Batman which has the same height restriction. So then I go back to Shockwave and they won't let me on again. I was like I was just on. Ooohh I was so mad! lol
