Trip Report ***BOOM, DONE***No, Its not Déjà vu. It’s just that time of year again…the 20th surf ’n turf part deux. And we’re live now!

You were with us for the 16th, 17th, the epic bungalow 18th, the 19th, and the 20/40 so why not...do it again.

I went back and forth on covering this one, TR fatigue has been biting me in the butt lately. I figured, though, that with the amount of new things we are considering for this trip it may be worthwhile to give it another go. With that, lets get the formalities out of the way for the newbs:

What: Surf 'n turfing a 4-night Disney Dream
When: Oct. 20 -27
Where: AKL, Dream, AKL
Why: Well, going to the bubble in the Fall for our anniversary has kinda grown on us. We will be at sea for our actual 20th!

As I alluded to we had some decisions to make for this trip like:
Drive or Fly
Palo or Remy
MNSSHP or Jiko
Get off at Nassau or Stay on the boat?
Homecomin' or Homecomin'

Watching The Muppets Movie now as I write this... can you really watch this without singing!?!? A filet of fish, hey!

Looking forward to seeing your trip report. Especially the Halloween party!! Halloween is my favorite holiday, followed by Christmas, so I totally love MNSSHP. I was only able to go in costume once though but it was soooo much fun!

I was actually Ryan Reynolds stand in for this... I mean, honestly, I'm paying up for a menu that is 2/3rds stuff I don't eat, but I sure do love my wife.

Finally, the choice between Jiko and MNSSHP.

Y'all know we sing the praises of Jiko. We've never had a bad or even mediocre meal and we had it scheduled, but out of the blue Sean suggested the halloween party. We've never been, so this year, WE ARE DOING IT!

I love how this was my suggestion when I've never wanted to do it but was receiving some not so subtle hints just two days prior...

I can't stop laughing at "Sean's" expression of going to Remy, I can just picture it in my head.
Red Hair - Sam & Farmer Ted?

I hate suspense! With the 80's and red hair I thought for sure it had to be a Molly Ringwald movie! Sean would make a great Farmer Ted. Plus Ted talks about his clean close shave.

@imahistorygeek I just had to share how bummed I was to find out that my Fred Meyer/Krogers doesn't have that Apothic blend yet. I was really looking forward to that this weekend, but I will continue looking for it.

21 days to go!

We finally got some mail this week and after seeing everyone else in the FB group get their packets I was beginning to wonder if our booklet was ever going to come!

ADRs haven't changed and our costumes are in. I've got a coworker who is taking the same cruise/itinerary this week that we will take when we go. I'm looking forward to some details when they get back.

We're up to 12 participants in our craft beer exchange too so we figured we should pick up our contribution to the cause. We made our way north east for the afternoon and enjoyed the great weather and great beer.

We brought home some to-go drinks as well as our mixed six for the exchange.
