Booking Question

My wife called last week to book our next October trip, she was able to book 7 days first call, then had to call back each day to add an additional. (10 day trip total) is this normal , say we wanted 2 or 3 weeks, we have enough points, would we have to call every day after 7 days? Or was this due to the reservation system being down/upgraded? Seems to be a bit of a hassle to have to call every day especially if you have the points anyways.

That is correct. To give every owner an equal opportunity to reserve, you can book at the 11 month mark for stays up to 7 days. As your wife experienced, you can add additional days by calling back each day.

Heck my DH told a CM we would like to move in and be the model family when they do tours. The CM did not have a real sense of humor.
