Booking Disney Cruise Online?

I am currently trying to book an Eastern Caribbean cruise on the Disney Fantasy on August 24. I however cannot book our rooms online? Has anyone else had this issue? It keeps saying there is an error and earlier before it said my cruise was totally booked. What is up with the Disney Cruise website?

We also tried calling and it had a 15 plus minute wait… I had to go so we couldn’t finish… may call now. At least I am not the only one with the issue.
