2015 seems so far away but I guess in cruise talk that is not applicable. I can not afford a disney cruise but hope to eventually go one day
Watch for specials! My family of 4 could sail a special rate on a Magic 3-night in February for $1300. No food budget or park tickets required. ;)

Early 2015 hasn't been released very long. The sooner you can book the cheaper rates can be. As sailings book up the prices go up. If a ship isn't sold well then you'll see discounts close to sailing.

Longest I've had a cruise booked before sailing is the girls cruise. We booked on opening day...23 months in advance.

I understand that "expensive" is a relative term. But currently there really are some good deals out. For example, Feb 21 5-night Disney Wonder from Miami for $ 966 for a single traveler. Or three different cruises in February on the Disney Magic for 3 nights for $ 652 for a single traveler. It is still quite a bit of money, but around 200 $ for a single on a cruise seems pretty good to me! Of course it would be even much more economically if you were able to share the fare with someone, but that's always the case when travelling solo. The rental car and the hotel room area always independent of the number of people using it...

Thank you - not in 2014. But I am definitely looking into either a disney cruise on adventures by disney in 2015.
