Boma vs. Sanaa?

Sanaa hands down. Many people here like Boma, but I didn't like it one bit. I ended up eating off of the kids side of the buffet! :depressed: My wife didn't care for it either, but she wasn't doing flips over Sanaa like I was. Sanaa is by far my favorite restaurant in that area, but we have yet to try Jiko.

I enjoy Boma however I LOVE Sanaa! The views are incredible, and the food is excellent not as good as Jiko but superior to most WDW restaurants! The prices are not bad either so I would definitely suggest trying it!!! Also order the Bread Sampler its a favorite of mine!

Been to both several times and I love Sanaa. I love the food, the views, the bar before dinner. I love the walk out observation area! So much more then just a dining experience.

If you're a more adventurous eater, Sanaa. Otherwise, Boma.

I prefer Sanaa by far...quieter, more affordable (as it's not a buffet) and, in my opinion, MUCH better food. :)

Definitely Sanaa!!! We ate at Boma for dinner back in 2010 and while it was decent- as far as buffets go -I didn't see any need to return. I had a few things on the buffet that I really liked, but one was a rice dish and the other a couscous dish...just not worth the $ for rice and couscous. Sanaa on the other hand was wonderful. We loved it so much that we ate there twice last trip. We had lunch, but I'd definitely go for dinner as well. The atmosphere is also just as great as the food. We had window seats both times and the staff was so friendly and informative with regard to cultural elements in the restaurant.

Prefer Boma! We tried Sanaa and i like exotic food, but I thought everything there tasted so bitter! Not a fan. Boma had a good selection of items and I liked it a lot!

Sanaa is great, and you don't really have to be all that "adventurous" to enjoy it. Heck, just order off the tandoori menu and you can get chicken, shrimp, beef, or lamb served with rice. Hardly the dinner scene in Indiana Jones & The Temple of Doom.

I totally need to go back there and eat again. My first (and so far only time) was dinner there a few days before Christmas in 2012. Lovely, but since it was now officially winter, the view was obscured by the darkness.

Sanaa especially if you are NOT on the dining plan.

Boma is a great restaurant, one of the best buffets on property, but the cash price has simply gotten way out of hand. There is no longer any value in them unless you can put away insane amounts of food. I would much rather spend around the same, (give or take about $10) and have a much better meal at Sanaa or Jiko.

This is true. Many of the entrees are a bit cheaper than those at other table service restaurants (unless they've adjusted prices in the last year). On the flip side, portions are a bit smaller, so grab an appetizer or desert too.

I prefer Sanaa. The food is excellent, the service is great and I love the atmosphere. The bread service is outstanding.

I have never had a bad meal at Boma, but the atmosphere doesn't do much for me.

Sanaa also has a great wine list and servers are knowledgeable about their wines.

Breakfast at Boma. Dinner/lunch at Sanaa. The carved meat at Boma during breakfast with the spicy tomatoes is one of my favorite meals on Disney property. Worth a visit for sure.
