I happened to watch the Imagineering Story - the Shanghai one last night. Bob looked exhausted at the end...around the time he get named President.

Maybe going forward head of WDI won't be such an important position in the company?
With the move to the "swampland" of Lake Nona it may be a much smaller part of the operations with outsourcing the crutch that allows the move.
