Boarding passes

Not sure about the Beach Club, but at the Yacht Club, there is a little machine for boarding passes (I think) near the lobby concierge desk and the Captain's Grille in the lobby. If not, the lobby concierge should be able to print them for you.

Depending on your airline, the resort airline check-in desk could as well.

Resort Airline Check-In is available at all of the Disney owned and operated hotels at WDW. (So not Swan, Dolphin, Shades of Green or the Hotel Plaza Blvd hotels)

It's available for passengers flying on domestic flights on AirTran, Alaska Airlines, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, United and USAirways. You can check your luggage and get your boarding pass, or jsut get your boarding pass if you wish to check your luggage at the airport (or if you only have carry-on).

Think of RAC as a multi-airline curbside checkin counter, but rather than being out in front of the airport, it's out in front of your hotel.

The RAC is open from 5AM to 1PM. You cannot check your baggage greater than 12 hours before your flight or less than 3 hours before your flight. So with those restrictions, you can only check your bags through RAC if your flight departs between 8AM and 1AM.
If you have an early-morning flight before 8AM, you can still check in and get your boarding pass, but you won't be able to check your luggage.

If you're *not* on one of the participating airlines (such as Southwest), the Lobby Concierge desk can check you into your flight and print your boarding pass. The theme park and Downtown Disney Guest Relations desks will also do it for you.
