Blizzard Beach closes and begins seasonal refurbishment Oct 23rd.

I heard they're gonna build a new mountain raft ride to block it.
It will be fast-tracked because this is important so it's gonna be open by...let's say, December. :lookaroun

Any idea when BB will be reopening after its refurb.? Also, any idea when TL will be undergoing its rehab? (I'm planning a trip 2nd week of Jan. 2006, and am wondering what will be open....)

TL just underwent a big rehab from October to March of this year so it probably won't be getting one for a while.

TL was down for rehab mid dec 04 until mid march 05. If things are like they have been last 5 years BB will open around Christmas. Before last year TL would always be the first down for rehab.

My kids are bummed. This is the first year we are going to the water parks and theywere really looking forward to going down Summit Plummit!
