Blech, no power in the North West...not very fun!

My power was up last night around midnight, it was only out for about 24 hours. I was pretty lucky, actually. Apparantly being 2 blocks away from Microsoft has its perks

Yesterday was absolutely horrible, though. I had to go to work, despite the loss of power...so I spent 10 hours playing charades/pictionary/Poker in an empty, freezing movie theater. At least I got payed for doing nothing Same thing at work today- most of Redmond was still out, as were most of the surrounding areas.

Heres hoping the Northwest will be completely up and running by tomorrow!!

I hate when the power goes out, especially for extended periods. The other day, some kids crashed their truck into a tree near Andy's house and it knocked the power out for 11 hours. And a few summers ago, you probably heard about it, like the entire northeast had no power, for a very long time. And my mom remembers that big NYC blackout in the 1960s.
