As others have said, it is really hard to say. From a policy standpoint, there won’t be any trouble with getting into a park with sandals (with or without socks) on so don’t worry about that in the least.
Often times we only have around two or three weeks out of the year that are cold all day long but it isn’t uncommon in those few weeks to have the temperature drop well below freezing. The problem is that these few weeks don’t’ always happen one after the other and they happen at different times each year. Today for instance, might not have been a day that a lot of people would have wanted to spend any significant amount of time outside in shorts unless they were doing something incredibly active but it could be warm again by next Wednesday.
Many an early morning or late night, I’ve had to scrape ice off my windshield in recent years and I live closer to the gulf where it should be warmer. With that in mind, except for the few weeks that it is really cold, it usually isn’t all that bad during the day. If you are someone who isn’t bothered a lot by mildly cold weather you should be fine during most days but I would strongly suggest you consider taking your shoes with you to a park and putting them in a locker if you plan to be in any park after sundown because that is when the temperatures become more uncomfortable – especially if you are waiting outside for MK fireworks or Illuminations at Epcot or… Fantasmic and if you go for Fantasmic I strongly recommend you bring something to sit on or invest in one of the bleacher seat pads they sell because those aluminum bleachers feel REALLY cold on colder nights when you are sitting on them. Trust me – your rear and your lower back will thank you when it is time to stand up!
