A LOT of variables are going into the proposal, and unless every box gets checked off, don't expect much. Also, this is not Bye Mexico Pavillion, just Gran Fiesta Tour, and even then we wouldn't really say goodbye. The proposal is the equivalent of Gran Fiesta Tour for Rio del Tiempo.
