Imagine if they properly lit the walkways in the central spine. A bridge too far, apparently.
If this is true, I am very impressed and very happy. Some more photos and info about the current state of the lights from Blog Mickey

I want to see it in person, in action, to see if there are any intermittent segments etc. What about it seems to be untrue?
I was there last night, and they’re in better shape now than they were opening night. No incorrect colors or bad sectionsI want to see it in person, in action, to see if there are any intermittent segments etc.
It’s actually raining today lol, at least here at DAKThis shows its not incompetence, that they can do something right if they really want to.
We know they are not going to pressure wash these now.
Lets see how they survive a rain storm.
The good thing is it rains less this time of the year, so it should be good at least until the rainy season starts.

Valid concerns. Let’s just hope they learned their lesson this time around.Well lets see what happens
It would be sad if the rain broke it!
Honestly I do believe it was the pressure washer the first time around.
But even if they refrain from pressure washing it, I am concerned about the long term reliability of these in a year or so in the sun and the rain.
This problem was more involved than pressure washingThis shows its not incompetence, that they can do something right if they really want to.

Well lets hope they worked out the more involved problems and the lighting will survive the sun and rain over time. This problem was more involved than pressure washing
And pressure washing is not a singular thing. There are wrong ways to pressure washing different objects and materials. Everything being pressure washable is also not a real standard. This problem was more involved than pressure washing
Third time's the charm?Well lets hope they worked out the more involved problems and the lighting will survive the sun and rain over time.
That’s the sad part, these lights are working like the fountain did towards the endWhat? The fountain of nations worked great for years…
Should have stripped it down to the concrete, it would have been allot more cost effective even if it meant just having the waterfall and no show. They could have easily had it with the new gardens. It would fit so well in those surroundings with especially with new guardrails.FON worked great...the tech was extremely old at the end...Even when it was not in "show Mode" it still added so much to the area....
They all do work now. Also, some sections are showing the wrong color based on what it is meant to be. All blue mostly works, all green works, with pink you'll get some white and orange sections. This problem was more involved than pressure washing
I'll meet you each year at the EPCOT hub for the annual fixing of the ground lights. I'll be the one wearing a mistletoe ringlet!!Same time next year when the 2nd permanent repairs are made?
