News Big changes coming to EPCOT's Future World?

Are they not in temporary paths?
It's a permanent path, but the sign is technically only temporarily truly "in the middle". It'll stay where it is relative to the Journey of Water bypass, but it's to the right of the path straight through to the gardens, in front of the little alcove where I imagine a kiosk or something similar will be set up. It blocks the bypass about as much as the palm tree currently does at the opposite end. Perhaps by partially blocking both entrances, they want to better indicate that it's something of a featureless shortcut?
The only things I can think that are missing from the new signage is CommuniCore Hall and Plaza. Unless they want to direct people to the new trees and planters that will be in the new hub.
I'm guessing they just want to show where the bypass and the path behind Dreamers Point go, so they're only indicating left and right, not what's along the "main" path.

Just don’t understand why they wouldn’t included the logos after making such a big deal about their return. Another easy way to include them would be putting them on the side of waste bins inside each of the pavilions.

The logos are a big miss. The general look is great and matches the overall aesthetic quite well.

The placement is a bit unclear. It could feel ok when everything is open. But I also see the argument that it's kinda in the way.

Mostly fluff, but one thing stands out from Scott Mallwitz in reference to the completing the Epcot transformation:

"They know that guests will continue to change, our behavior will continue to change, the way we interact with our parks, but also our personal devices will continue to change," Mallwitz said. "How can we set the groundwork for continued evolution, but also keep it focused on our EPCOT messaging?"

I think this is a direct response to disappointment regarding the overall Epcot overhauls and a message that while the hub and entrance may be restored to their liking, they won’t cease investment.

Those signs look nice. Lack of logos doesn't surprise me because outside of the flags, they aren't on any pavilion signage. Are they even used on the park maps?

It seems like the logos are used sparingly. I know for sure that Cosmic Rewind’s is on the tap points at the entrance to the attraction and Test Track’s is used randomly throughout the attraction. I also think that The Seas’ is on the new directional signage inside the pavilion. I know the logos are small in the grand scheme of things but it seems like they are being inconsistent with them.

The above area (labeled 2) is the kind of thing that is really bugging me with this whole project.

I really don't understand why they don't make an effort to do things like landscape that little patch between Connections and Cosmic Rewind so they can get as many of the walls down as quickly as possible and thus make the experience just a little more pleasant. They just don't really seem to care about the guest experience at all in their planning, dragging even the most simple parts of the project out for as long as possible.
