That's fantastic theming on that sign. And if it's like the other previously themed versions of the playground, it's the only theming existent therein.

I'm pretty sure it's just beam maintenance for the entire monorail Epcot line, not just the in park portion.

Ironically if the name of the site was just mentioned from time to time as opposed to the mysterious “site to not be named”, there would likely be less interest in visiting. Handling the site the way we handle it in these forums only peaks curiosity.
