So, some Alice in Wonderland stuff in addition to Poppins? Might they have a labyrinth like in other parks?
UK, current Rose garden
Reminds of those "city of the future" concepts
Play Pavillion?

I think this may actually be the “beer garden”, even though it really gives off Wonderland vibes. If you watch the full video, it zooms out and you see SE in the background of this shot, but pretty close, so this must be in the hub somewhere.
I’m almost afraid to say it because I may jinx us, but I agree with you.Besides the Celebration of Disney music, did anyone else notice the lack of IPs? Yes, the water trail is inspired by Moana, but it’s not in you’re face like I thought it would be.
But right now the only truly egregious choice here looks like Guardians.

At the moment, the use of IP seems to somewhat subtle. The Moana “attraction” seems more nature-focused than movie-focused. I guess we’ll have to see how heavy-handed the nighttime show turns out to be. But right now the only truly egregious choice here looks like Guardians.
I honestly was expecting much worse.

Yeah I dig the coffee table. It looks neat. It seems like it has the potential to become a newly iconic piece of Epcot’s skyline.
EPCOT will be broken up into “communities”.
I was listening to IRoE music while compiling all of this.I must admit I like a lot of what I am seeing. I only wish I didn't have to lose my favorite show with it.
With all the new lush landscaping and water features now the tree of life this feels like DAK! In all seriousness this all looks really great and above my expectations.
Probably hub. Looks like something from Pocahontas... Which I believe is in the concept for the new firework show.
Of course they could offer a “realistic vision” of the future. They just don’t want to spend the time or the money or, more importantly, to take even the mild ideological position that offering such a vision would require.I'll always cherish classic Epcot. but it's definitely time for the "Future World" naming to go. We've become advanced enough where nothing they could ever do would feel like a realistic vision of the future, and they've clearly been moving away from that theme for quite some time.
I still say the Project Gemini name for FW would fit just fine..Of course they could offer a “realistic vision” of the future. They just don’t want to spend the time or the money or, more importantly, to take even the mild ideological position that offering such a vision would require.
Come on. It’s no harder to offer a vision of the future now then it was in the 70s.
More like they're taking the whole "left brain/right brain" design of Future World where the tech-heavy side is geometric and the nature/arts side is more organic to heart.UGH - Future world was about the world as one evolving and working together.
So in this new vision, will there be import tariffs and walls between these communities?
signs point to yes. Will the reveal of the new logo for Epcot. Does this mean they might someday update the entrance for drivers?
