Biergarten questions!!

Hey everyone! I am 186 days out so I have only a few days left to firm up our plans. How is Biergarten for lunch? Is there entertainment at lunch time, too? Is there another place in the worldshowcase that you would recommend? I have boys! FYI- we will already have reservations for Garden Grill and San Angel Inn. We are also skipping Le Cellier this trip! Any help would be awesome!!

Biergarten is good for lunch I don't believe thay have the live show until later in the day. For lunch at Epcot my son enjoyed Tutto Italia, he's a big pasta eater and the ESPN club.

My boys love the Remy experience for lunch but my younger one is learning French and will watch the movie over and over. I usually enjoy a glass of wine with lunch there. It all depends on what your boys like!

Biergarten during lunch is not much differant than dinner. The entertainment is the same and runs continueosly with the exception of a short break between sets. The buffet however is missing beef rolades, sauerbraten. potatoe dumplings and herring salad. All of the other items are there including all of the normal desserts. To me the lunch is a much better option since it is $12.00 cheaper than the dinner option. I do miss my sauerbraten, but it is still worth it.

I believe the band comes on around 1:30 but dont quote me on that.

Lunch is great and in my experience also not that crowded. I never make reservations but have never been turned away or had to wait for long. If you like Mezzo Mix from Club Cool, ask for a Coka and Fanta which the servers have always gladly made for me.

Pretzel bread in Biergarten what else do you need other than the yummy cabbage.... I was surprise to be so delighted here.

So glad to see so many good reviews. We haven't been there in many years after coming off a less-than-stellar experience, so we may put it back into the rotation for another try.

We skipped Biergarten for a good five years, after a not so pleasant dinner, but returned last October. I was pleasantly surprised!! We really enjoyed our meal

9 different kinds of cabbage, need I say more? Makes for a musical evening

Seriously, lunch is great there. I love the salads too, always making sure to make a "cold trip" first before I get my hands around the hot foods.

Lunch is good, and cheaper. They don't have the sauerbraten (a roast beef) on the lunch menu, which is a shame because it is fantastic. Also don't go before 1pm because the band doesn't start until after 1pm. We went at noon once and didn't get to see the band at all, it was very disappointing!

Cabbage and beer, a match made in heaven! Sounds as if I need to try it
