That's the way to decorate a park for Halloween! I can see it now: Space Ship Earth: Florida's Largest Jack O' Lantern! :lookaroun

What's wrong with Hertz, btw? They're renting me a Mustang convertible this weekend! :D

It does seem "out of the box" for what you would expect from Disney, but the level of detail is really outstanding and I wish our MK put on a more 'DECORATIVE' Halloween.

Do you think they need rental cars? I can't picture them standing at the rental counter. Unless they are part of Hertz #1 Club Gold (or whatever it is called).

i was just about to comment on that..................... i was scrolling down, saying to myself, wow, kewl, neato, scary, creepy, oh man, hertz.... huh. that just ruined that whole image.

other sponsors that i think would be more fitting...................
john deere (transportation)
the home depot (same color orange)
Blue Cross Blue Shield (they seem accident prone)

others...................

You said what I was thinking. Those decorations are great! They are unique and creative. I love decorating my house for Halloween and would love to see WDW go to a higher level on the Halloween decorating, at least to a higher extent than they currently do for MNSSHP.

Jeez. That's a lot of theming to do just for Halloween. I just rode the Holiday version of HM here at DL yesterday, but that's limited to just that ride, and the theming carries over through Xmas, so they don't have to remove the overlay until after the new year.

Although it's a little creepy, I did enjoy the gags with the orange paint and brushes.

From what I hear. Halloween is more of a bigger deal in the USA than the rest of the world.

Looks like they spent alot of money on decorations for a park with "money problems". Maybe we can get some money problems over here.

(yeah, yeah yeah, I know, we have alot of NEW rides coming. Easy killa, it was a joke) :p

How..........odd. *shakes head*

THIS from a resident mom whose current avatar is a flaming jack o'lantern?

side note: It took me a minute on the Hertz tag above - somehow I skipped over that particular photo near the end. Or maybe I just wanted to brag about my weekend rental coming to an I-4 near you on Friday and Saturday! Move over, Mustang Sally! Anyway, somebody had to pay for that army of halloween pumpkin men. Cheers to Hertz!

That's deffinitely different to say the least. I just want to know how long it takes them to set it all up and how long to clean it up. It appears that most everything has orange painted on it, are those decals they use or do they actually paint them? If so, I'd hate to be the one taking all the paint off the season and putting new paint so that it looks like it's back to normal. (Those guys actually kind of scare me too!)
