Best time to hit Frozen Ever After at Epcot?

Hello all, I've been booking fast passes each morning for our trip in May and Frozen Ever After is always out of fast passes... When is the best time to hit up that ride with minimal wait time? The second the park opens? Do the restaurants/rides around the lake open up at 9am as well or later?

The second the park opens. Be at the gates by 830 at the latest.

There will be a queue but relatively small. Then you can say you've ridden it and not have to do so again :D

Yea, be in the park or international gateway at 9am.

Only a few places are open in World Showcase at 9am. The Norway and French bakeries and the Princess character breakfast in Norway (which you likely need an ADR for).

I am guessing that you are not staying at a Disney resort and therefore have to book fastpasses later than other onsite guests... that is the reason you are frozen out of Frozen Ever After, same thing happened with Seven Dwarves when it first opened, the passes were get snatched up as soon as the first reservation window opened.

As for restaurants, their opening times vary some as early as 8:00am others don't open until noon, so the best thing to do is use the official Disney site and you can pull up any of the places in Epcot and find out when they open. If you are looking for breakfast that might be your best option of getting Frozen Ever After without a huge line. If you have reservations for a place before EPCOT's world showcase opens you get to go into have your breakfast before the area opens to the public. While the ride won't be going yet you can usually hit the ride right after you do your breakfast and if your time it properly you will be able to beat the gate drop rush because you'll already be there. That is one of the best ways to do the 7 Dwarves Mine Train (doing Be Our Guest breakfast for example)... but should also work if you do an early breakfast at one of the world showcase places like Akershus which would right there by the Frozen Ever After.

Otherwise I would suggest you hit the ride in the late afternoon hoping that lots of the kiddies that might normally be waiting for it are back in the hotel rooms for an afternoon nap.
