Best Resort Lobby

Wilderness Lodge. Pretty much only because of that bridge over the tiny pond towards the back of the lobby.

It's one of my first WDW memories, crossing that bridge about 18 million times when I was little thinking about how cool it was.

Wilderness Lodge is amazing. You walk in and you tilt your head back and your jaw opens. You have to watch out for people doing the same but thankfully, it's a nice, open space so there's plenty of room. The beams, the fireplace, the bridge, the art, the chandelier - its just amazing. And the pool area, boardwalks and geyser...it's a beautiful resort.

I also think the Contemporary looks awesome. It must have looked so good when it opened in the 70's.

I love the Grand Floridian too, I was amazed the first time that I walked though the door.

Agree about WL, AKL and GF, but have to put a plug in for the Poly. Something about the fresh feeling of the air, the steady pulse of the waterfall, and the sight of the Hawaiian shirts that makes you feel like you're on vacation.

The atmosphere at the WL is great, but there always seems to be so much commotion going on in there. The Polynesian and Yacht & Beach Club lobbies just speak vacation is in the air to me.

All of the Deluxe resorts have amazing lobbies, but even places like Port Orleans and Dixie Landings have pretty nice lobbies.

But the Grand Floridian still has the most amazing lobby, especially at Christmas time.

Definately either the WL or AKL. They are two of my favorite hotels. During the Christmas holidays I would have to say WL hands down. They did have the same architect design them both.
