The only resort character breakfast that we've done is at the Grand Floridian with Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, and others. The food was pretty basic, and I didn't love the environment. It was loud and didn't feel worth the money. The character interactions were great, so I don't mean to be too negative. The Mad Hatter in particular was a lot of fun.
The reason that I wouldn't rate it higher is because of the small time my girls were able to spend with the characters. It was an extremely quick visit, especially with Mary Poppins. They had really fun interactions with her at the parks, but this was just a drive by.
