Best quick services?

I'm staying at Disney during the last week of September with free dining and I am finally done booking my table-service ADRs! I'm kind of annoyed that a lot of the restaurants that I was interested in are booked already, I had no idea how important that 180 day mark was! Anyways, can anybody share what their favorite quick service restaurants are? I'm especially clueless about the ones located at the resorts and Downtown Disney since it's our first time staying on-property. Thanks!

By location:
Magic Kingdom - Columbia Harbor House
Animal Kingdom - Flametree BBQ
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons, Katsura Grill. Have heard good things about Tangerine Cafe, but never been there.
Studios - nothing I really like there...hopefully someone else has good tips.

Don't know where you're staying, but we did like the CS options at Caribbean Beach.

EPCOT Sunshine Seasons

EPCOT has SUNSHINE SEASONS in THE LAND Pavilion. Wonderful fresh food.:)
Any of the countries have QS restaurants that are all great!:)

Any at HS are OK- mostly burgers/fries fare.

AK has PIZZAFARI and Flame Tree BBQ.

MK has Columbia Harbor House- the best chowder!:) Also try Pecos Bill's. It has a fixin's bar.:animwink:

All resorts have about the same "basic" quick service food. DD has mostly TS restaurants, but Wolfgang Puck's Express I believe is quick service. Not sure?

Good luck. Sorry about the TS already being booked. I have learned over the years that the 180 mark is very important!:D

Thanks for the suggestions, I haven't eaten at very many quick services and wasn't sure if some offered better food than others. I'm staying at Coronado Springs, so I'll probably eat at there. I'll definitely have to look at Sunshine Seasons, I love The Land; Pecos Bill's is my favorite at Magic Kingdom!

Wolfgang Pucks in DTD is a MUST do!! Earl of Sandwich DTD is good too. Hollywood we LOVE Starring Rolls. AK we eat at Flame Tree. Epcot we will be eating around the world sharing food from Kringla in Norway, Katsura Grill in Japan, Tangerine in Morocco, and Patisserie in France. MK our fav is Cosmic Rays but we've heard great things about Captain Jacks at the Poly so we're going to eat there. Biggest misconception of QS food is it's all the same. It IS NOT, there is good QS food out there. You just have to know where to find it!

Free dining tends to cause that.

Flame Tree Barbecue, was good but ours did not live up to the hype.

Cosmic Rays, Magic Kingdom Tomorrow land

Some of the best options are at your resort.

Downtown Disney--Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich
MK--Pecos Bills and Cosmic Rays
EPCOT--Electric Umbrella, Tangerine Cafe, Sunshine Seasons
HS--Backlot Express and Starring Rolls
DAK--Pizzafari and Flame Tree BBQ

Can't really help with the resorts. All I know about is the food court at All Star Movies and POR.

My family has always enjoyed the Earl of Sandwich at DTD. We've eaten there on every trip. Last time we tried to find someplace different because the line was so long but ended up back there and I was surprised at how quickly the line moved. I expected to be waiting about 20-30 minutes but I'd say it was 15 tops. Plus, the food has always been really good.

We have only eaten at ABC Commisary in HS and we'll never go back so I can't give any reccomendations for this park.

As for the others, we've liked Columbia Harbour House and Casey's Corner in MK, Pizzafari (though that's the only one we've tried) in AK and Sunshine Seasons and La Hacienda de Cantina in Mexico.

Hope you're getting some ideas for your trip from everyone!

Hmmm...

Epcot: Tangerine Cafe in Morocco, VERY Good food.

Magic Kingdom: I am going to give a shout out to Pinocchio's. I love their Chicken Parm. I don't know many places that have pasta for Quick Services so it's a great change for me.

I can't say much about Animal Kingdom or the Studios. Those are parks we usually have dinner at so we never have time for quick services. I have only ever ate at the Backlot Express. It was ok.

As for Resorts, I will say Capt. Cook's at the Polynesian. The food may be the same as everywhere else, but you can eat outside and listen to Hawaiian music. It's great. Not to mention the Dole Whips :king:

Have to agree with Tangerine Cafe, love it there.

AK-definitely Flame Tree

MK-Columbia Harbor House

DS-We always eat at 50's!;)

I must admit we loved Gasperilla Grill at the GF, wonderful service and yummy sandwiches.

Hey there! We are also going to be in the World the last week of September too! i can't wait! We love Captain Cooks at the Polynesian resort. If you are tired of the same ol' same ol' at Magic Kingdom it's just a quick trip on the monorail. They have The BEST grown up grilled cheese and homemade chips (potato, sweet potato, and tortilla)! They also have Dole Whips!! At MK we love Cosmic Rays. You can get everything from burgers, to wraps to rotisserie chicken and ribs. Plus there is a fixins bar just like Peco's Bills! Earl of Sandwich is our favorite at DTD but Wolfgang Puck Express is great too. Our must do at Animal Kingdom is Flametree barbecue, huge servings and it's sooo good. We tried La Cantina de San Angel last year at Epcot and I fell in love with the cheese empanada's. DH had the taco's and he loved them too! As for HS, I can honestly say that we have never had a great or memorable meal. Pizza Planet isn't bad and the atmosphere is neat so we usually end up there.

Here are my favorites:

Magic Kingdom: Columbia Harbor House (tuna sandwich and hummus sandwich) and Pecos Bill's (good burgers and awesome toppings bar with hot, liquid cheese)

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons (seared tuna noodle salad, good variety and awesome desserts) and in World Showcase La Cantina de San Angel, Norway or France for sandwiches

Animal Kingdom: Pizzafari (decent frozen pizza and great decor) or Flame Tree Barbeque (if you don't mind sharing your meal with hungry birds!)

DHS: Starring Roles (out of this WORLD cupcakes!!)

DTD: Earl of Sandwich, Wolfgang Puck Express or Cooke's of Dublin (fried candy bars!)

I will also be in WDW the last week in September! I did get the ADR's I wanted but yes the 180 mark is almost crucial anymore for the popular restaurants.

My top QS are-
MK- Columbia Harbour House, Cosmic Rays and Pecos Bills

Epcot- Sunshine Seasons is the best!

DHS- ABC Commissary is the only place we like there

DTD- Earl of Sandwich
