Best quick-service seafood options at EPCOT

What are the best seafood options at EPCOT? My family are making a short trip for dinner tomorrow and I've just realized it's a Friday in Lent, so we can't eat meat. I'm a passholder, but a heavy meat-eater, so I can't seem to think of what they have in terms of seafood of the top of my head, even though I've been a hundred times.:lol:

Take out fish and chips at the Yorkshire County Fish Pub at the UK Pavillion! Yum!

I think good seafood can sometimes be a bit tough at a counter service location. My favorite thing is the fresh tuna and noodle salad at the land. Other than that you can get sushi in Japan and Fish and Chips in the UK. Also, nearly every counter service place will have some sort of vegetarian option if you don't like the seafood choices.
