Best QS restaurants, in each park

Hello, my wife and I will be in the world in about a months time. I was just wondering what some of the top picks in each park are for a QS lunch. The only one I can say I know I like so far is Flamtree BBQ in AK.

Magic Kingdom = Cosmic Rays, Pecos Bill's, Columbia Harbour House, Casey's
Epcot = Sunshine Seasons, Spice Road Table, Yorkshire County Fish Shoppe
DHS = Herbie's Drive Inn, Backlot Express
DAK = Flame tree, Tamu-Tamu

HS- Fairfax Fare (my fAve the truffle Mac and cheese hot dog meal), Staring Rolls

EPCOT- Sunshine Seasons, Electric Umbrella (they have a Mac and cheese burger here)

AK- Pizzafari, Restaurantaurus, Flame Tree

DOWNTOWN DISNEY- Wolfgang Puck express, Earl of Sandwhich, Smokehouse at HOB.

YES. And the wait's gotten a lot better since 2012. I went in October 2013, and the line moved much more smoothly.

MK: BOG, Peco Bill's or Pinocchio Village Haus (just because you get to see the inside of IASM!)
Epcot: Worth the extra money to go to a table service restaurant in the Worldshowcase: Rose & crown, San Angel Inn, Biergarten, etc.
DHS: Backlot Express
AK: Flame Tree BBQ for the food and outdoor seating

DHS: Won't eat counter service here..... (Go to 50's Prime Time instead)

Is it worth the wait to eat at BOG for lunch?

You can do a fast pass for it and go right in passed the main line, and even if you don't do a FastPass
The longest we ever waited was 30 min. The line moves fairly quick. Helps to go for a late lunch after 1pm. YES it is definitely worth it for me and DH. We go 1-2 times every trip for
Lunch now.

epcot: sunshine seasons - so many choices!
dhs: eh, either snack away or go somewhere else. i think the food here is pretty run of the mill.
dak: flame tree bbq. really yummy!
dtd/disney springs: earl of sandwich for sure.
