I actually have 2, my first is at Magic Kingdom sitting at the start of main street on the kerb, eating a cookie and drinking a diet coke with my husband. My kids who are twin girls aged 5 skipping about, playing and dancing along to the music. Watching everyone entering the park and seeing all the excited people running to rides, planning where to go. It is relaxing and everyone is buzzing with excitement which is lovely.

My second, is sitting on the bench at DHS on the street which goes towards TOT (I don't know its name), there is a lovely chocolate shop there, where my husband usually treats us to some delicious Disney goodies. We sit there, eating our treats, watching TOT and hearing everyone SCREAMING:lol:, it is great watching the Disney World go by......

main st + an ice cream cone down towards the train station so that i can admire the castle at the endof main st. a great spot if you are lingering after the rides have closed I discovered in disneyland this summer.

Riding around on the TTA for a while. Relaxing and you get a nice breeze through most of it.

I have a couple - on a bench in the World Showcase and in front of Crockett's Tavern in a rocking chair at Fort Wilderness. In both cases, it's much better with a cocktail in hand......

I like to sit on the bench facing the castle on the walkway that heads towards Adventureland...right before the shortcut bridge that takes you from infront of Adventureland over to right infront of Liberty Square. I usually have a Dole Whip in my hand....

My all time favorites are, swinging on a hammock anytime of the day or night at the Polynesian, sipping champange in France while people watching and floating around in a sea racer by the MK watching the hustle and bustle of monorails gliding around, boats bringing people back and forth to their resorts and all the action going on at the entrance to the Magic Kingdom. :)

I have a couple. I love grabbing a hot dog from Casey's Corner than standing outside enjoying it while I watch the world go by. Now my absolute favorite place to sit is the outside sitting area at The Electric Umbrella. You get to watch the fountain and all the people rushing around. It's very relaxing.

DH likes to grab a pretzel and beer and sit around the fountain in Germany. For me, there are very nice benches at the end of Main Street heading towards Liberty Square under some trees, nice to sit for a few in the shade with a popcorn.

I like to grab some mini corn dogs from Casey's and go across the street to the dining area that is sunken (by the Plaza). It is a pleasant place to sit, in the shade, under an umbrella and when the mini dogs are all gone there is always ice cream for a treat! I wish I was there RIGHT NOW! :p

Just past Spaceship Earth on the fountain side.

In one of the Innoventions breezeways.

MK at the end of Main St either outside Casey's or outside of the Ice Cream shop.

Sitting at a table near Echo Lake in the Studios.

My favorite place is at the Cantina de San Angel in Epcot on the World Showcase Lagoon. With some shade, a sizeable margarita (or Dos Equis) and perhaps some nachos or a churro this is a great place to people watch and enjoy your time.

I'll second that. I was going solo in the MK on my birthday back in December. I grabbed some coffee, OJ and a cinnamon roll from the bakery, took it down there to the patio and enjoyed my breakfast with noone else around except for a pair of ducks that came begging. Ahhhhh..... :)

Other spots include:
-The rocking chairs in Fronteirland or near the exit to Hall of Presidents.
-The dock on the back island of Tom Sawyer Island sometimes has rocking chairs on it. You can sit there are watch the trains on BTMRR across the river.
-The second floor of Columbia Harbor House.
-If it's open, the outside balcony at Pinocchio's Village Haus looking out across Fantasyland.
-In the shade near Min & Bill's at the Studios with a frozen lemonade.
-The lower patios of Flame Tree Barbecue in AK looking out across the water to EE.
