As for those of you requesting info on this most wonderful foodstuff, a Dole Whip float is pineapple soft serve topped and surrounded by pineapple juice. They are available for purchase at the Aloha Isle in Adventureland beginning at 11am everyday. If you've not tried one, I feel sorry for you. They are, by far, the best of the MK treats....possibly the best treats in all of WDW.

Warning: Do NOT get the vanilla soft serve....get the pineapple. Due to the fact that this is a family forum, I cannot accurately articulate how I feel about those who order the Float with vanilla soft serve....it just ain't right.

Yes, I am obsessed with the Float. Its a longstanding obsession....there are many others who understand and are likewise affected.

It's totally worth it. It's a great treat to have during the hot afternoons, and also while watching Wishes.

Best thing ever? Walking into the Honolulu Airport this spring (yes, I travel other places, as unbelieveable as that is,) and seeing that they sell Dole Whips IN THE AIRPORT. Not just pineapple, but MANGO Dole Whips too. Which was sweet because we weren't going to have time to go to the Dole Pineapple Plantation to try one "from the source". It was like taking a little bit of WDW on an otherwise WDW-free (and yet still amazing) trip. :slurp:
